Our dedicated staff will implement your Section 125 Plan documents, maintain your Section 125 annually, provide COBRA notices, ERISA wrap documents, ACA Employer Reporting, and any other compliance items your company may require. 

All services are provided free to our clients; however, employers may purchase our compliance services without having in force coverage.

All employees get a unique login to explore and learn their benefit options and reference information about their elections year-round. Our system directs employees from start to finish, through each benefit offered, and allows them to view the payroll deduction before they decide to enroll.
